Cactus Code Thorn FileAdvertiser

Purpose of the thorn:

This thorn advertises files it finds in the list of directories given in
the 'FileAdvertiser::dirlist' parameter.
The parameter 'FileAdvertiser::ignore_unknown_extensions' decides whether
all files found should be advertised, or just the ones which have a known
file extension.

In combination with thorns HTTPD and HTTPDExtra (which are run in paused mode)
it is now possible to let Cactus act just as a file server for output files
created in previous simulations on that machine.


Things to improve:

 - allow filename templates in the 'FileAdvertiser::dirlist' parameter
 - more flexible way of guessing descriptions for advertised files
