puncture-*.par differ only in the symmetry that they use (and the
corresponding number of grid points)

puncture-nosolve-full.par does not solve the elliptic equation, but it
actually uses "bitant_rotate" rather than full.

puncture-bitant.par needs run data.

puncture-quadrant.par actually uses "quadrant_reflect_rotate".

These testsuites fail, probably due to changes in IDPuncture.  Passing
versions can be found in AEIDevelopment/HyperCartGrid3D.  Please use
these for now.
