You need to install XMLRPC to compile GridNomad applications

1) cd XMLRPC/xmlrpc-epi-0.50/

2) touch *

3) ./configure --prefix=<PATH TO CACTUS>/arrangements/XMLRPC/install

4) make

5) make install
